Role: UI/UX Consultant/Front-end Development/Front-end Styling/Asset preparation
Goal: Partnering with Turner Sports and the NCAA since 2013, we embarked on a full redesign of the official NCAA Bracket Challenge for the 2019 tournament. A funnel for all TBS brands and Capital One sponsorship, it was essential we offered new ways to build, manage, and connect during the tournament.
Conclusion: Working with Turner's internal design team we developed and alternate UI for building a bracket, utilizing quantitative research from prototype's designed by our team. User's responded favorably to new additions to groups, bracket amounts, second chance brackets and more. During the event we maintained over 500k active users and over 1 million brackets built.
