Traverse by TRAVELERS

In 2017 I was approached by a former teammate to consult on a incubator project from TRAVELERS. TRAVERSE had just launched and was having trouble sending the correct messaging and functionality to potential customers. Working with their internal research to I was able to redesign their landing, add functionality to better discover the program features. We increased conversions exponentially a long with enhancing the checkout process to be more human and functional.
